Episode 3 - Body Scan - Mindfulness relaxation

This Mindfulness relaxation body scan will take approx 12 mins.  It directs our awareness to different parts of the body in turn with the aim of releasing any tension in the body.   

This lovely soothing relaxing exercise will focus on helping us to gently reconnect with bodily sensations without anticipation, judgement or fear.  Allowing us to soothe, soften and relax. 

All you have to do is relax and listen
